Sales Assistant Manager – Manager @Chonburi (40K-80K) (SDG-24317)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Visit clients regularly and build up good relationship with existing clients especially by approaching authorized person
 Driven sales team to hit sales target by making effective sales strategy and keep good relationship with key person of client
 Get requirement from client and negotiate with both production team and client to deliver products which meets client’s expectation
 Negotiate price, amount and schedule in order to enhance sales amount
 Make quotation, control delivery date and respond any requirements from client
 Make sales forecast and plan budget of the sales team
 Manage daily sales activity of subordinates to achieve sales team target
 Make monthly and yearly sales plan and set target of sales team
 Coordinate with client and internal related department to deliver products as client expects
 Train sales staff to be more professional and let them work with high efficiency
 Develop new clients in the future

Workplace Area: Laemchabang IE, ChonBuri
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday Working: It depends on company's calendar. 2 times per month on average)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-43 years old
 Bachelor’s degree
 At least 7 - 10 years’ sales experience in manufacturing company (automotive related field is advantage)
 Working experience in Japanese company
 Business level of English and have strong communication skill to strengthen relationship with client
 Experience to manage some team members as senior or assistant manager level
 Can commute to work by themselves
 Good Excel and Word skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Good command of Japanese
 Have experience to sell automotive parts
