Sales Assistant Manager (Automotive Part/English Speaking) (51K–61K) (SDG-117403)

<Job responsibilities>
Be able to manage and lead a sales team to achieve targets while expanding the market to attract both domestic and international clients.
- Coordinate with exiting customers and related team within the organization.
- Seek new orders and build partnerships with customers.
(For New clients, can focus on both domestic and International)
- Supervise the work of subordinates to ensure it meets the requirements.
- Give instructions or provide guidance on improving inappropriate practices.
- Provide advice and resolve issues that arise within the team.
- Report Sales figures and work-related issues to superiors.
- Monitor and forecast sales to align as closely as possible with actual performance.
- Visit client 3-4 times/ month by company car driver
- Other assigned tasks from manager


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 32 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineer, marketing or related fields
- At least 6 years of experience as sales of Automotive products in any manufacturing company or trading company
- At least 3 years of management experience with subordinates
- Proficient in using computers, Microsoft (Excal is a Must)
- Conversation high level in English, use for communicate with client
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Graduated in Engineering field
- Conversational High level of Chinese (Company have plan to expand business to Chinese Company)
- Conversational high level of Japanese, use for communicate with Japanese client and internal

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Bang Bo, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday (Saturday: 1-2 times / month, depending on the company calendar))
