Work outline: Be responsible for supporting Japanese staff, especially sales support and admin task
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Liaise with clients, accounting firm and distributor, etc.
Ø Support communication between Thai contact person (client, accounting firm) and Japanese MD
Ø Coordinate necessary process with client such as making document, quotation under Japanese MD’s direction
Ø Submit necessary documents to accounting firm and be the main contact person with them to make accounting process smoothly
Ø Purchase necessary office equipment
Ø Sometimes go outside with Japanese MD and Japanese manager to support communication with local client
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age 22-35 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in any field
Ø Advanced conversational level of English or Japanese
Ø At least 1 year working experience in any company as support staff, sales support or admin
Ø Be able to commute to work by himself/herself
Ø Independent person with high responsibility
Ø *Most of the time, this position needs to work alone in office
Preferable:
Ø Have working experience in Japanese company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level (any of Japanese or English)
Japanese: Advanced Conversational level (optional)
Workplace Area: Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri) *Flexible

Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 THB Total
