<Job Responsibilities>
- Support manager, GM on managing and supervise the sales team
- Grasp the product forecast/actual sales movement and control the data for smooth operation.
- Manage the product sales price, including the annual price reduction.
- Promote all new project launching activities with factory side and other relevant parties
- Manage all customer’s QCD (quality-cost-delivery) evaluation and promote improvement activities.
- Manage the balance of account receivable.
- Manage company's internal expense (including equipment / service stock)
- support making sales budget / mid-terms sales plan.
- Communicate & exchange information & report to TNJP as assign.
- Support all concerned activities for customer expectation.
- Other task as assigned

- Communicate with customers and get necessary information (market/product/competitors latest situation) to realize new business promotion
- Arrange new product presentation with the product planning team and other concerned
- Promote request for quotation (RFQ) related activities such as confirmation of new business condition based on the check list, communication with Japan HQ, making quotation to customers, hearing competitor’s situation and feedback for our quote from customer key person.
- Follows up with customers after receive of their order: verifies customer satisfaction and resolves any concerns
- Prepares and updates the company’s sales/marketing plans and marketing reports as required
- Assists in handling the needs of customer; works with production and purchasing to expedite or insure timely delivery of scheduled shipments; maintains close liaison with other departments to carry order through to completion.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 35-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years of working experiences as Sales/Marketing
- Working experiences in manufacturing company
- At least 4 years of team management experiences (at least supervisor level)
- Good command in English both writing and speaking (to use in documents, and communicate with JP Management, Japanese external)
- Conversational level in Japanese
- Good computer literacy in basic business software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Good in related management skills as strategic business management.

<Preferably Skill / Experience >
- Experiences dealing with automotive manufacturing companies

Japanese: Conversational Level

Workplace Area: Bangbo, Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri (Sat: None, have Work from Home policy, according to company's policy))
