Work outline: Support project management process for HA:MO project at Chulalongkorn University.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Coordinate with parking lot management team and support sales documents
Ø Provide information about the project details to end-users who are interested in the project
Ø Maintain and update client database
Ø Support end-users for registration process
Ø Take care of client approval process
Ø Coordinate with third parties to ensure smooth operation
Ø Issue invoice, PO and prepare documents.
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age 22-29 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business administration or other related field
Ø At least 1-2 years of experience as a sales support/ sales coordinator in any related industry
Ø Welcome candidate with background from customer service
Ø Good personality (Good looking)
Ø Able to communicate in English
Ø Good PC skills in MS Office
Ø Ability to work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines
Ø Reliable, trustworthy & teamwork
Ø Excellent interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills
Preferable:
Ø Handled documents/paperwork before.
Ø Service-minded
Ø Good interpersonal skill
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Chulalongkorn University, BTS Siam
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Monday – Friday)
