Duties & Responsibilities:

Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner and control the delivery service to suppliers 

Assisting the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation

Preparing and then following up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.

Managing accounting data, making report by using MS Excel

Facilitating the sale staff by providing the import export document 

Other special tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

Desired skills & experiences:

MUST

Female, age 27-35 years old

Thai Nationality Only

Bachelor’s degree in related field

Willing to work at home office

Experience in trading above 2 years

Able to conduct the meeting in English

Willing to work on Saturday (2 times a month)

PREFER

Japanese and English skills would be highly advantage

Interested in organic product

Living nearby Ramkamheng area

Have a positive mind, friendly, easy going, and got the Can-Do attitude

Languages skills:

English: Business Level

Workplace Area:265/140 Moo Baan Siwalee Ramkhamhaeng, Ratphatthana Road, Saphansung, Saphansung,Bangkok Thailand

Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8:30 - 17:30), Sat 2 times a month

About the Benefit

Salary: 20,000-40,000 THB/Month 

- Annual Leave – 6 days
