Safety Officer (20K – 35K) (SDG-107554)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Inspect and give recommendations to the employer to comply with the law on occupational safety, health, and environment.
• Analyze the work to indicate possible dangers, including setting and presenting preventive measures and procedures for working safely to the employer.
• Assess the risks in occupational safety, health, and environment.
• Analyze work plans and projects, as well as recommendations for every working unit, and give advice on safety measures to the employer.
• Inspect and assess the operation of the workplace to comply with the work plan and project, or occupational safety measures.
• Give advice the employees to follow the company’s occupational safety, health, and environmental regulation and guidance.
• Examine and appraise the working conditions, or to work jointly with a person or an organization registered with the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, or relevant other laws.
• Give recommendations to the employer on the appropriate management of occupational safety in the workplace and develop it for ongoing efficiency.
• Analyze and investigate the causes of accidents, illness, or annoyance resulting from working of the employees, and make a report of the investigation, together with suggesting resolution, promptly to the employer.
• Compile statistical data, analyze, make a report, and give recommendations on accidents, illness, or annoyance caused by the working of the employees.
• Grape knowledge and training on occupational and environmental diseases to employees
• Conduct other occupational safety activities as assigned by the employer.
• Provide the safety report as required by the company and related laws including weekly safety report, monthly report, and report on the work of the professional safety officer every 6 months (จป.ว)
• Train on occupational safety, health, and environmental regulation, guidance, and related laws for new employees.
• Report each construction site’s KPIs every 3 months.
• Consider high-risk construction project plans.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• ตรวจสอบและให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ว่าจ้างในการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยความปลอดภัย
• วิเคราะห์งานเพื่อบ่งชี้ถึงอันตรายที่อาจเกิดขึ้น รวมถึงกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันและขั้นตอนการทำงานอย่างปลอดภัยต่อผู้ว่าจ้าง
• ประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัย, อาชีวอนามัย, และสิ่งแวดล้อม
• วิเคราะห์แผนงานและโครงการ ตลอดจนข้อเสนอแนะของแต่ละหน่วยงาน และให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับมาตรการความปลอดภัยแก่ผู้ว่าจ้าง
• ประเมินการดำเนินงานของสถานประกอบการให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
• ให้คำแนะนำแก่พนักงานในการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและแนวทางด้านความปลอดภัย
• ทำงานร่วมกับบุคคลหรือองค์กรที่จดทะเบียนกับกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน
• ให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ว่าจ้างเกี่ยวกับการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
• วิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของอุบัติเหตุ การเจ็บป่วย หรือการรบกวนที่เกิดจากการทำงานของพนักงาน และจัดทำรายงานผลพร้อมเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
• รวบรวมข้อมูลสถิติ วิเคราะห์ จัดทำรายงาน และให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับอุบัติเหตุ การเจ็บป่วยที่เกิดจากการทำงานของพนักงาน
• ฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับโรคจากการทำงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมแก่พนักงาน
• ดำเนินกิจกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
• จัดทำรายงานความปลอดภัยตามที่บริษัทกำหนดและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ รายงานความปลอดภัยประจำสัปดาห์, รายงานประจำเดือน, และรายงานการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยวิชาชีพทุก 6 เดือน (จป.ว)
• อบรมเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม สำหรับพนักงานใหม่
• รายงาน KPI ของแต่ละไซต์ก่อสร้างทุก 3 เดือน
• พิจารณาแผนโครงการก่อสร้างที่มีความเสี่ยงสูง
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 22-35 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s degree in public health occupational health & safety (Industrial Hygiene & Safety)
• New graduated are welcome (If fresh grad required top 10 university)
• Have safety license
• Conversational low - middle level of English
• More than 1 years’ experience as a safety officer in construction industry is preferable.
• High TOEIC score is preferable.
