<Job Responsibilities> - Search and select candidates from the database and approach - Hearing about the needs and career plans of candidate by contacting by phone - Provide the candidate with a new career opportunity and detail information of position - General support for recruitment consultants (translation, email support, resume check, input information to human resources portal site and Sales Force, etc.) - Achieve the goal as a team (Individual goal is to set 4-5 appointments a week) - Operating a social media platform to attract candidates and promote brand recognition - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 22-24 years old - Bachelor's degree in any related field - Interested in sales in HR,Consulting industry - Business level of English (TOEIC 800 level up) - Fresh graduate is welcome - Good communication skill - Have passion and intention for achieve target and get commission - Candidate who can commute by public transportation (commuting hour should be within 1 hour and company doesn't allow commuting by car) - Not job hopper (experienced not over 1 company) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Conversational level up of Japanese - Have experience in oversea or graduated from University in oversea (English speaking country) Languages skills English: Business Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri (According to Japanese calendar) ) About the Benefits Salary: 25,000–35,000THB About the company Products: Recruitment & Human Resources Consulting Business Type: Staffing / Recruiting
