Regulatory Expert (40K-65K) (SDG-25355)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible Care - Product Stewardship - Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirement in an exhaustive and comprehensive manner and working toward sustainable development and provide increasingly safe products.
 Arranging and facilitating Networking & discussions with relevant government agencies / organizations (FTI, RCMCT, etc.)
 Information gathering from relevant organizations though both research and discussions with relevant organizations
 Organizing regular information exchange sessions with company Partners in Thailand (Eg. SCG, PTT etc.)
 Providing timely & regular information updates to MCI RC/QA Division
 Conducting information gathering on Vietnam & other AP countries where MCTH's customers are located by tapping on company team where applicable and external research when required.
Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)
 Participating in public / private partnership for plastic waste management & it's related activities
 Maintaining good contact with government agencies and ensure updates fro agencies are communicated within the organization.

Workplace Area: Rama 9, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 32-40 years old
 Bachelor’s degree
 English (Business level)
 Chemistry or Chemical Engineer experience for 10 years up
 Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
 Chemical background, Legal experience and/or background to understand chemical regulation (QA, Safety officer etc)


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Japanese skill
