Work outline: Responsible for all recruitment functions such as resume screening, interviewing, training new employee, university roadshow etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Build and initiate sourcing pools of potential candidates via variety of effective channels
Ø Conduct pre-interview to assess candidates based on position requirement and criteria
Ø Coordinate with HR of group companies in term of recruitment status and ensure vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within targeted time
Ø Promote awareness Employer’s Branding in the job market
Ø Work on recruitment project: University Roadshow, Job Fair, Interview Day, Internship Program etc.
Ø Mentoring and training junior employees
Ø Summarize monthly recruitment report
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male or Female , Age 30-36
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Arts, Humanities or related field
Ø Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment function
Ø Experience in both Sales and Manufacturing Company
Ø Good command of both spoken and written English
Ø Strong background and success in HR functions
Preferable:
Ø Japanese proficiency will be an advantage (JLPT N2)
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: 8.15 – 17.30 (Mon-Fri)
