Real Estate Researcher (25K–35K) (SDG-84470)

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Research work for Real Estate Investment
(1) Research and report on general business environment in Thailand and real estate business opportunities.
(2) Research and report on real estate market including, without limitation, demographic information,
infrastructure development, character of designated area, public transportation (accessibility), town facilities,
and current and future real estate projects.
(3) Conduct and report feasibility study for the new projects
(4) Research and report on candidates of PM, construction suppliers, construction contractors and designers
or any other related suppliers for the projects.
(5) Research and report on the possible financing scheme for the JV Companies.
(6) To research and report on the conditions and regulations required under any of the development process
of the project such as EIA, Construction approval etc.
(7) Research work includes, without limitation, attending required seminar, event, meeting and site visit.
(8) Any other research and report work related to the real estate market or project as required.
2. Coordination and support of headquarters for the project management
(1) To support communication and coordination between headquarters, JV partners and other suppliers.
(2) To follow up and report progress of development, sales, construction of the project.
(3) To follow up and report budget, business plan, cash plan and expenses of the projects/JV companies.
(4) To follow up and report monthly financial statements of the projects/JV Companies
(5) To follow up and report sales and marketing plan of the projects.
(6) To support accounting and financial transactions between headquarters and JV companies or suppliers.
(7) Any other coordination or assistance related to the projects as required.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Having experience more than 1-2 year in Real estate industry(Researcher exp in real estate is prefer)
・Having experience coordinator or sales support in Real estate industry
・More than Conversational high level of English
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
・Having experience as real estate investment field
・Having experience as market research in real estate
