Job Responsibilities
・Leading and manage “Motor and Electric component parts development team” that is the team under Product R&D division
・Operate the development projects for “Fan motor and Electric component” parts that use in air-conditioner products. Development details are Technical specification preparation, Evaluation testing, Cost control etc. (cooperation with suppliers)
・Perform VA and cost-down activities for current “Fan motor and Electric component” parts while keeping the same quality level.
・Make and control roadmap of “Fan motor and Electric component” parts that will be used with all air-conditioner products line up


Necessary Skill / Experience
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
・At least 8 years experience in the field of Electric Motor or Electric component part development. (especially motor or electric component parts for air-conditioners).
・At least 5 years of management experience
・Have knowledge in Electrical design, Mechanical design, Material selection, Reliability testing, and Manufacturing of electric motor or electric component parts.
・Conversation middle level in English.

Preferable Skill / Experience
・Good computer proficiency.
・Good communication and presentation skill.
・Experience in Air-Conditioners is an advantage.
・TOEIC Score 550 up is an advantage
