<Job Responsibilities> 1. Senior Job Scope - To cooperate with the Project Engineer to support QC, QA, and the Audit Plan. - To conduct project inspections to eliminate defects and improve work quality. - To review and implement the Quality Manual according to ISO9001 and promote employee awareness. - To review and updated for Standard format of ENG/QUA, WI/MS, and SD for Work according to ISO9001. - To review and provide document support for external audits, Management review, and improve QC/QA activities. - To support the internal training program for competence development and awareness of employees. - To support and implement the ISO9001 document and awareness promotion of employees. - To conduct evaluation reviews of Project Quality, Summary Report of H1/H2, and annual presentation. - To summarize reviews of Engineering defects, corrections, Trouble and complaint reports, and Presentation. 2. Chief Job Scope - To coordinate with the Project Engineer to support in QC, QA, and the audit plan. - To lead, support, and implement the Project Inspection to prevent defects and improve work quality. - To implement and lead support for Quality Control/ISO9001 and awareness promotion of employees. - To implement and manage the standard format of ENG/QUA, WI/MS, and SD for Work according to ISO9001. - To implement and lead support of External Audit, Management review, and Improvement QC/QA activities. - To lead and support the internal training program for competence development and employee awareness. - To lead, support, and implement the ISO9001 document and awareness promotion of employees. - To implement the Project Quality Control Plan, Summary Report of H1/H2, and annual presentation - To create the report of H1/H2 Summary of Quality Defects, corrected, Trouble and Complaint report and Presentation 3. Other tasks as assigned by the Management

<Necessary Skill / Experience> 1. Senior Condition - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - At least 4 years of experience in QA, QC, or QS in M&E work in construction or an M&E Contractor company - Conversational Middle Level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management, reports, emails, and documents) - Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Clipchamp), CAD, Revit, BIM, and Canva 2. Chief Condition - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - At least 6 years of experience in QA, QC, or QS in M&E work in construction or an M&E Contractor company - Conversational Middle Level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management, reports, emails, and documents) - Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Clipchamp), CAD, Revit, BIM, and Canva <In Details> - Able to understand Design/Shop drawing and proper installation methods - Project Construction Management, Scheduling, implementation, and Monitoring - Intermediate Knowledge and/or Audit in ISO9001, QC/QA Control. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Holds an Associate or Professional Engineer License - Holds ISO90001 Audit Certificate - TOEIC Score 700+
