Quality Survey Manager (60K-75K) (SDG-29365)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Reporting regularly on progress to the client or to managers
 Providing advice on the management of projects
 Check Drawings and estimate quotation for additional work (Variation Order)
 Check Sub-Contractor’s quotation and compare price of Suppliers and Sub-Contractors.
 Check quantity and progress of Sub-contractor’s payment to assess the work progress and claim to the Client.
 Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials
 On-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work
 Feasibility studies of client requests
 Analyzing completed work and arranging payment to contractors
 Allocating upcoming work to contractors
 Site visits, assessments and projections for future work



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-50 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineer or Architect.
 Minimum 3 years’ experience as QS Manager or QS Senior Officer (with experience to manage at least 2 subordinates) and 8 years experiences in QS work..
 Knowledge to take quantity for Structure and finishing work skillfully.
 Good Knowledge in computer literacy skills (Fluent in MS Excel or estimation program is an advantage).
 Ability to speak and write skillfully in English.
