<Job Responsibilities>
- Analysis supplier quality issues and support supplier to identify Root cause and implement suitable countermeasure to secure the FG part Quality.
- Responsible to Drive the Cost saving Project and originate Saving ideas.
- Maintain Customer and Supplier PPM with in Company Target
- Implement company procedures for identifying hazards, assessing risk and implementing appropriate control measures.
- Ensure all employees are provided with information, instruction, training and/or supervision in potentially hazardous work tasks.
- Responsible for directing and supervising a group of employees involved in inspection and quality control procedures with regard to purchased material, in-process material and
- Plan and assign work of subordinates.

- Develop and/or adapt inspection equipment to meet quality control standards, make suggestions with regard to procedures, standards and equipment to facilitate work and maintain product quality.
Responsible for compilation and maintenance of inspection reports and records.
- Investigate and determine cause of faulty work and consult and advise production supervisors as to corrective measure
- Maintain discipline, morale and harmonious relations among subordinates by conformed to Company regulation and policy.
- Investigate and adjust personnel problems within area of responsibility. Effectively recommend as to hiring, promotions, wage adjustments and terminations
- Responsible for customer audit and reply about product quality problems
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineer , Mechanical, Materials or related filed.
- At least 3 years work experience in QC in automotive manufacture company.
- 2 years experience to have subordinates under control.
- Knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 14001 , ISO 9001 , AQAP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan
- Proficient in GD&T , CMM
- Under Stand well quality control function
- Very Good Service mind, Leadership, Relationship
- Advance conversation in English middle level.
