<Position Objective/Expectation >
- To work for manufacturing of Automotive Parts QA function from incoming raw material to in process & finished products quality control handling customers' complaints and implementing corrective & preventive action on quality issues APQP activities to manage Quality System management, ensuring manufacturing plant conformance to ISO systems

<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage labor control and volume of job assignments for each staff.
・Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality.
・Report quality problems to management and procedure of quality concern.
・Inspect procedure until products meet quality standards and specifications are attained.
・Conduct QA audit and Quality risk analysis at the production site.
・Contact with the client and report to the parent company.
・Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to the client.
・Trouble shooting by analysis and making countermeasures to reduce monthly & daily problems.
・Perform other tasks assigned.
・Keep KPI targets and analyzes the problem to achieve KPI.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・High diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, process or industrial) fields.
・At least 5 years experience in QA in automotive parts in manufacturing fields.
・At least 3 years of management experience as QA in the manufacturing industry dealing with quality management systems and coaching skills.
・Experience in budget control, improvement plan, internal audit, lead accessor, lead auditor, and supplier audit.
・Strong knowledge CMM, Contour, Hardness Tester etc,
・Have knowledge about ISO9001/ ISO45001/ OHSAS18001 & ISO14001.
・Have knowledge of 5W1H, 8D, PSW, PPAP, APQP, FMEA report.
・Advance conversation level low level in English
