QC Staff @ Ayutthaya (30K–40K) (SDG-59584)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Implement QA/QC activities in inspecting products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications
- Monitor and control the progress and effectiveness of product's quality
- Conduct QA audit and Quality risk analysis at production site
- Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem by cooperating with other div
- Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to client
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/Female 28-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of QA/QC experience in Automotive industry
- Can analyze data and find solution logically by using QC tools
- Good command of English skill (for internal communication)
- Can use measuring device(CMM etc)
- Strong knowledge of IATF, IOS
- Can read 2D design
- Excel skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Strong knowledge of Casting, Processing, Assembly process
- Can join immediately

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ใช้กิจกรรม QA / QC ในการตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพของ บริษัท และข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
- ติดตามและควบคุมความคืบหน้าและประสิทธิผลของคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ QA และการวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพ ณ สถานที่ผลิต
- แก้ปัญหาโดยการวิเคราะห์และทำการตอบโต้เพื่อลดปัญหารายเดือนและรายวันโดยร่วมมือกับ div อื่น ๆ
- จัดการเอกสารและรายงานที่จำเป็นในการส่งให้กับลูกค้า
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 28-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน QA / QC ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและค้นหาวิธีแก้ปัญหาอย่างมีเหตุผลโดยใช้เครื่องมือ QC
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อการสื่อสารภายในองค์กร)
- สามารถใช้อุปกรณ์วัด (CMM ฯลฯ )
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ IATF, IOS เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถอ่านการออกแบบ 2D
- ทักษะ Excel
