QA/QC Assistant Manager @Chonburi (30K-35K) (SDG-23693)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for inspect and maintain quality of products, then improve assembly, welding and resin molding process
 Coordinates activities of members engaged in inspecting incoming parts from supplier, in process and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications
 Manage procedure of quality concern
 Implement inspection procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained
 Negotiate with suppliers, handle complaining from customers to solve the problems
 Notifies suppliers and subcontractors of reasons for rejection of materials and parts received
 Safety system maintain and risk review to protect quality matter
 Manage progress for each KPI target and analysis route cause to improvement to achieve KPI
 Prepare documents and report which is needed to submit to client
 Make PPAP for new products
 Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem
 Train junior staff to perform more efficient
 Perform other tasks as assign by factory manager


Workplace Area: Hemaraj Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:45(Saturday Working: Around 6 days per Year)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 37-43 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree
 Basic level of English (Be able to write e-mail in English)
 At least 3 years working experiences as QA / QC in automotive parts manufacturing company
 Be able to use CMM
 Be able to make PPAP for new models
 Have knowledge of resin molding or molding
 Good negotiation skill with both client and supplier
 Be able to commute to work by himself/herself
 Person who can work for long time

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Good English skill
 Used to work in resin molding process, welding process or assembly process
