Job Detail

1. Control the material and component quality coming from the overseas (India) supplier.
2. Inspect, verify the problem, and perform basic troubleshooting. After receiving complaints concerning raw materials or parts with poor quality.
3. Notify about an upcoming problem. Suggest that the provider take remedial and preventive measures.
Following up on and verifying the outcomes of corrective and preventive activities.
4. Supervise the creation of a request list for remedial action and the prevention of problems from international suppliers.
5. Working in collaboration with related departments Planning, development, and quality control of new products from the overseas suppliers.
6. Working in collaboration with related departments Plan, develop, and control the quality of new products from overseas suppliers by auditing the supplier's processes and/or quality management system.
7. Inspect, verify, and present to the Quality Assurance Manager for approval relevant documents from suppliers such as PPAP, Waiver.
8. Various operational standards documentation Related, and then pass it on to his subordinates, as well as following up and making recommendations for editing or improving documents to suit the work.
9. Control and implement action plans from various departments in order to meet the department's or quality section's objectives (Key Measurable).
10. Develop and maintain quality system.
11. Leader of customer audit
12. Provide Quality training /Testing to fresh process change requirement
13. Follow up customer complaint countermeasure.
14. Follow up department improvement plan of customer audit.
15. Leader to establish process standard.
16. Summarize result improvement of Q eye and super ultra eye.
17. Manufacturing process audit planning, summarize audit result and follow up countermeasure.

・Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field.
・Indian Nationality Only.
・Have working experience at least 3 years of QA/QC in automotive manufacturing industry.
・Have working experience of IATF 16949
・Able to use MS office.
