QA Manager (40K-60K) (SDG-82671) ผู้จัดการฝ่าย QA <Job Responsibilities> - Monitoring objective target and budget control plan in QA section - Propose action to improve Quality System - Monitoring Quality System - Monitoring document (Manual, Procedure, WI, FMEA and control plans, MS, SPC.) - Monitoring audit (Internal + Supplier) - Improve the Quality Result of the company - Analyse quality level of company; statistical analysis, SPC, Quality Indicator - Manage all subordinate to perform per quality standard - Communicate major problem or other customer requirement to concern person - Educate, monitor, consult and create to achieve as CBR/EICC requirements, ISO9001/TS16949/ ISO14001/OHSA18001 and NCOT energy management policy <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, 40-50 years old - Bachelor’s degree - At least 5 years of working experiences as QA Manager related in Manufacturing companies - Knowledge and experiences in mold process/mold fabrication - Related products of aluminum, electronics, automotive, or plastics - Management skill in Manager level - Conversational level in English - Be able to use AutoCAD, 3D, or related drawing program - Knowledge in quality system ISO9001, ISO14001/OHSAS18001 - Performing Systems auditor - Statistic Knowledge <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Bachelor’s degree in electrical Engineer - From electronics manufacturing companies - Master’s degree in engineering or related - Working experience in Japanese company Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Nong-Khae, Saraburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday to Saturday (depends on company's calendar)) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–60,000THB About the company Product & Service: HDD base plate manufacturers Business Type: Semiconductors / Electronics / Electronic Components
