QA Leader (EN/JP) (50K–70K) (SDG-84344)

<Job Responsibilities>
<Response Failure Analysis Request for in charge customer>
- Cooperate with supplier to support Failure Analysis Request from customer
- Review Analysis report from manufacturer before reporting to customer. Request for supplement document or information if necessary
- Understand and able to explain detail in Analysis report to customer
- Gather necessary information from customer to obtain appropriated and effective analysis result from manufacturer
- Support quality improvement activities for customer and manufacturer
- Visit customers regarding quality objective
- Cooperate with Sale about inventory issue
<Response survey related to hazardous or prohibited substance for in charge customer>
- Understand basic knowledge about hazardous or prohibited substance
- Gather necessary information from customer and create a survey request to Japan side
- Confirm and input document for necessary content

<Other>
- Always gain more technical knowledge about semiconductor
- Maintain and develop good relation with customers and supplier also manufacturer
- Always keep communicating & sharing job status with customer and also supplier
- Gather information and situation in local and share to other branches
- Other quality related assigned job

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree (Electrical engineering or Computer engineering is an advantage)
- Minimum 5-7 years of work experience as Quality assurance
- Good command of speaking and writing in English
- Working exparience as management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Logical thinking

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Conversational high level of Japanese

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
<รับผิดชอบวิเคราะห์ความล้มเหลวในการตอบกลับสำหรับลูกค้าที่รับผิดชอบ>
- ร่วมมือกับซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อสนับสนุนคำขอการวิเคราะห์ความล้มเหลวจากลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบรายงานการวิเคราะห์จากผู้ผลิตก่อนที่จะรายงานให้กับลูกค้า ขอเอกสารหรือข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมหากจำเป็น
- เข้าใจและสามารถอธิบายรายละเอียดในรายงานการวิเคราะห์ให้กับลูกค้าได้
- รวบรวมข้อมูลที่จำเป็นจากลูกค้าเพื่อให้ได้ผลการวิเคราะห์ที่เหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพจากผู้ผลิต
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงคุณภาพสำหรับลูกค้าและผู้ผลิต
- เยี่ยมชมลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับวัตถุประสงค์ด้านคุณภาพ
- ร่วมมือกับ Sale เกี่ยวกับปัญหาสินค้าคงคลัง
<แบบสำรวจการตอบสนองที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสารอันตรายหรือสารต้องห้ามสำหรับลูกค้าที่รับผิดชอบ>
- เข้าใจความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับสารอันตรายหรือสารต้องห้าม
- รวบรวมข้อมูลที่จำเป็นจากลูกค้าและสร้างคำขอสำรวจไปยังฝ่ายญี่ปุ่น
- ยืนยันและป้อนเอกสารสำหรับเนื้อหาที่จำเป็น

- ได้รับความรู้ด้านเทคนิคเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับเซมิคอนดักเตอร์อยู่เสมอ
- รักษาและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าและซัพพลายเออร์รวมถึงผู้ผลิต
- สื่อสารและแบ่งปันสถานะงานกับลูกค้าและซัพพลายเออร์อยู่เสมอ
- รวบรวมข้อมูลและสถานการณ์ในท้องถิ่นและแบ่งปันไปยังสาขาอื่น ๆ
- งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 30 - 45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี (วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าหรือวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านประกันคุณภาพอย่างน้อย 5-7 ปี
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในฐานะผู้บริหาร
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ความสามารถในการทำงานทั้งแบบอิสระและเป็นทีม
- การคิดอย่างมีตรรกะ
