QA Assistant Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and control the performance of QA staff, ensuring that the company's meets standards quality of the product.
• Responsible for the quality of products, process quality management, and product quality assurance of the quality department.
• Set and Control asset and expense budget of the Quality Section.
• Review and approve all analysis records, manufacturing record and others according to the document control system.
• Handing audit tasks related to ISO14001, IATF16949
• In charge of all study cases in the company in order to improve the quality of procedures and products.
• Sometimes visit the construction site by company car
• Other assigned task.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Mechanical or Engineering in a related field.
• GPA above 2.7
• Have a knowledge system ISO14001, IATF16949 for directly correspond to the auditor.
• 5 years working experience as QA engineer in automotive manufacturing.
• At least 3 years as supervisor level in a Japanese company(Company scale of more than 300 employees)
• Not job hopper (at least 2 years working each company)
• Able to communicate in English (Conversational middle level)
• Have good conversational and interpersonal skills.
• Have driver's license.

Workplace Area: Siam Eastern Industrial Park
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(M to F *Saturday working Every other week but depends on the situation.)

•จัดการและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน QA เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าบริษัทมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานของผลิตภัณฑ์
•รับผิดชอบในคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์การจัดการคุณภาพกระบวนการและการประกันคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ของแผนกคุณภาพ
•กำหนดและควบคุมสินทรัพย์และงบประมาณค่าใช้จ่ายของส่วนคุณภาพ
•ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติบันทึกการวิเคราะห์บันทึกการผลิตและอื่น ๆ ทั้งหมดตามระบบควบคุมเอกสาร
•มอบหมายงานตรวจสอบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ ISO14001, IATF16949
•รับผิดชอบกรณีศึกษาทั้งหมดในบริษัท เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพของขั้นตอนและผลิตภัณฑ์
•บางครั้งเยี่ยมชมสถานที่ก่อสร้างโดยรถยนต์ของบริษัท
•งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-45 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาการจัดการหรือเครื่องกลหรือวิศวกรรมในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•เกรดเฉลี่ยสูงกว่า 2.7
•มีระบบความรู้ ISO14001, IATF16949 สำหรับตรงกับผู้ตรวจสอบ
•ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกร QA ด้านการผลิตยานยนต์
•ตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นอย่างน้อย 3 ปี (ขนาดบริษัทมีพนักงานมากกว่า 300 คน)
•ไม่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย (ทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในแต่ละบริษัท)
•สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
•มีทักษะการสนทนาและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
•มีใบขับขี่
