Work outline: Responsible for purchasing tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other information to determine reasonable prices
Ø Negotiate contracts on behalf of their organization
Ø Attend meetings, trade shows, and conferences to learn about new industry trends and make contacts with suppliers
Ø Meet with staff and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action
Ø Evaluate and monitor contracts to be sure that vendors and supplies comply with the terms and conditions of the contract and to determine the need for changes
Ø Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories
Ø Work out agreements with suppliers, such as when products will be delivered
Ø Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
Ø Interview vendors and visit suppliers' plants and distribution centers to examine and learn about products, services, and prices
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male/female, age 22-30 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree
Ø Fresh Graduated are welcome
Ø Good personality and Negotiation skill
Preferable:
Ø Have experience and knowledge of purchasing , procurement, buyer
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Chinese: Advanced Conversational Level – highest (HSK Level 3)
Workplace Area: Bang Pa-In Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00 - 17:30 (Mon – Fri) *May work 1-2times per year on Sats according to corporate calendar
