About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for purchasing role for engineering plastics team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Create purchase orders from requisitions
Ø Issues purchase order to suppliers and confirms delivery date, price and quantity are correct.
Ø Liaise with vendors to obtain product service information: price, availability and delivery schedule.
Ø Data entry into SAP system and filing paperwork
Ø Obtain price quotes from different suppliers
Ø Run and creates reports to determine needs and analyze requirements
Ø Participates in supplier audit programs
Ø Ensures and check import documents are correct send to import-export section.
Ø Monitors inventory levels of raw material and finish goods stocks.
Ø Issued tax invoice of raw material to customer.
Ø Assist for Sales team and Sales manager.
Ø Planning of production (Main job)
Ø Purchasing of raw material and finish goods (Main job)
Ø Contact with import-export section for goods receiving in to warehouse
Ø Stock controlling.
Ø Assign by manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age 25-30 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
Ø At least 1 year experience in purchasing field
Ø Good command of MS Office program
Ø Good characteristics and Good communication skill
Preferable:
Ø Experience using SAP
Ø Experience person in factory or manufacturing
Ø Have basic knowledge or strong interest in trading and overseas business
Ø Have positive attitude
Ø Eager to learn new knowledge
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level

Working Hour: 9:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
