About this Job
Work outline: Responsible and overlook the purchased automotive that we have in stock.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Prepare PO documents
Ø Coordinate with the remain dealers and suppliers
Ø Prepare other assigned documents
Ø Coordinate with Sales staffs in regard to the purchased vehicles
Ø Coordinate with Service Department and Accounting Department about the planning and price of vehicles in stock
Ø Following up the payment from the accounting team to ensure that the payment has been made
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age between 22-30 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree
Ø At least 1-2 year experienced in purchasing field
Ø Strong negotiation skills (with the dealers)
Ø Good English communication skills
Ø Proficient in using Microsoft office especially in Excel (About 50%)
Preferable:
Ø Excellent Mathematic skill
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ratchadamri
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Mon-Fri)
