Purchasing Manager (Food & Drink Manufacturing) (60K–80K) (SDG-63307)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for purchasing in the organization and coordinate with other department managers to support the work of all relevant departments of the company to achieve the objectives and meet the specified goals
- Supervise and plan with advice Purchasing of raw materials and equipment in terms of price, quality of products to comply with the systems and action plans of each relevant part. Including the selection and evaluation of the supplier
- Develop knowledge and capability of the team and check the work of subordinates to comply with various systems and procedures of the parties involved
- Coordinate to negotiate with foreign supplier to import raw materials or quality products in a timely manner
- Revise and improve the procedure of operating the parties to comply with the relevant systems
- Practice, maintain, improve Create an information system Keep it current., To ensure work complies with the requirements of ISO22000/Food Safety and set the features and standards of the products and services to be shared with users. Or related departments
- Coordinate with the shipping and transport agents to clear imported products with the Customs Department
- Update basic information in the Movex system related to the purchasing work to conform and according to the present to increase the potential of work of the department
- Receive food safety issues, complaints, and suggestions from subordinates and take corrective actions according to the process flow
- Receive internal and external system audits: Halal, ISO22000
- Make a Supplier Performance Appraisal
- Perform other tasks or policies assigned by management.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 33 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of experiences as a Purchasing in Food Manufacturing
- Experience of 'Daily" product / Fresh product
- Have 4-10 subordinates
- Able to communicate in Chinese or English
- Good in negotiation
- Leadership skill
- Understand the whole process from Raw Material, packaging , ISO2002, GMP

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Familiar in Fresh Food
- Knowledge of import-export
- Able to speak Chinese

- รับผิดชอบการจัดซื้อในองค์กรและประสานงานกับผู้จัดการแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานของแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดของบริษัท เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์และบรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- กำกับดูแลและวางแผนพร้อมคำแนะนำ การจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบและอุปกรณ์ทั้งในด้านราคา คุณภาพของสินค้า เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับระบบและแผนปฏิบัติการของแต่ละส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการคัดเลือกและประเมินซัพพลายเออร์
- พัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถของทีมและตรวจสอบการทำงานของลูกน้องให้เป็นไปตามระบบและขั้นตอนต่าง ๆ ของฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานเจรจากับ Supplier ต่างประเทศเพื่อนำเข้าวัตถุดิบหรือสินค้าที่มีคุณภาพอย่างทันท่วงที
- ทบทวนและปรับปรุงขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานของคู่กรณีให้เป็นไปตามระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ปฏิบัติ บำรุงรักษา ปรับปรุง สร้างระบบข้อมูล ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน เพื่อให้งานเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด ISO22000/ความปลอดภัยของอาหาร และกำหนดคุณสมบัติและมาตรฐานของผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่จะแบ่งปันกับผู้ใช้ หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับตัวแทนจัดส่งและขนส่งเพื่อเคลียร์สินค้านำเข้ากับกรมศุลกากร
- อัพเดทข้อมูลพื้นฐานในระบบ Movex ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานจัดซื้อให้สอดคล้องและตามปัจจุบันเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพการทำงานของแผนก
- รับเรื่องความปลอดภัยของอาหาร ข้อร้องเรียน และข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาและดำเนินการแก้ไขตามขั้นตอนของกระบวนการ
- รับการตรวจสอบระบบภายในและภายนอก: ฮาลาล, ISO22000
- ทำการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของซัพพลายเออร์
- ปฏิบัติงานหรือนโยบายอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 33 - 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการจัดซื้อในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร
- ประสบการณ์ผลิตภัณฑ์ 'รายวัน' / ผลิตภัณฑ์สด
- มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา 4-10 คน
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนหรืออังกฤษได้
- เจรจาต่อรองได้ดี
- ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ
- เข้าใจกระบวนการทั้งหมดตั้งแต่วัตถุดิบ บรรจุภัณฑ์ ISO2002 GMP
