Work outline: Responsible for all purchasing activities. (80% domestic and 20% import/export)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Preparing P.O. and expedite shipment with suppliers to assure on-time delivery to meet project required date
Ø Deliver purchase activity report. Handle billing process.
Ø Coordinating with freight forwarder for customs clearance process and perform all activities required until qualified parts/products/documents are arrived at warehouse.
Ø Coordinating with internal, external functions and suppliers in order to ensure parts/products are delivered as required.
Ø Coordinate with internal engineer for billing documents to keep record.
Ø Search new material, supplier and negotiate price with suppliers
Ø Supervise team member
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Ø Note: Have to visit vendors sometimes. Company’s car / driver is available for booking.
Ø Have to check packing process at the port sometimes.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male/female, age 30-38 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree graduate in Engineering or any related field.
Ø More than 5 years of experience in purchasing function
Ø Knowledge in import/export; shipping or freight.
Ø Background in waste management business
Ø Possess driving license
Preferable:
Ø Knowledge in heavy industry business or water treatment system, and any related field.
Ø Background as a purchasing officer in heavy industry / manufacturing business is welcome.
Ø Japanese speaking skill will be a plus.
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational (Writing and Speaking)
Japanese: (Preferable)
Workplace Area: MRT Rama 9
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.15 (Saturday all day/ once a month)
