<Job Responsibilities> - Be a middle person between Clients and team - Visit client and get requirement with TH GM - Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects - Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications - Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field - Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status - Assign responsibilities and mentor project team - Cooperate and communicate effectively with Engineer team to provide assistance and technical support - Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions - Other tasks assigned by GM <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male/Female age 35– 40 years old - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field - At least 5 years of experiences as a Project Management in Machinery , OEM - Able to communicate in English to Japanese management by ownself - Interpersonal Skill to negotiate with client and internal - Able to plan and finish within deadline - Team Work is MUST - Multi-task skill - Experience in Japanese company <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Own Car Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Bangpla, Bangpee, Samutprakarn Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Mon-Fri and 1 Saturday per month) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–50,000THB About the company Products: Design, manufacture, and automation of production line facilitie Business Type: Machinery / Equipment / Plants;
