Project Manager (Rayong and Prachinburi Area)

About this Job
Work outline: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Oversee and manage man power, cost and profit.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare scope of works for subcontracts agreement, technical review &subcontractors management
prepare method statement and all related safety matters
Schedule & budget control and change order, site supervision
Final reports and general coordination with clients & related parties
Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and architects, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants, co-workers and clients
Negotiate with customers, subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor and control all projects and solve issues if any
Report summary and concerns about all the projects to the managements in timely manner
Other tasks assigned by MD

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male, Age 30-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree in engineering field
At least 8 year of working experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager
Be able to relocate depend on project (Rayong , Prachinburi)
Experience in project management at Major Construction Company, Power plant construction or engineering company


Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: (BTS) UdomSuk
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17.00 (Monday to Friday)


About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 THB including all allowances
