Job Detail

<Job Responsibilities>
- Communicate with clients to understand marketing needs and propose suitable marketing plans.
- Obtain and clarify briefs from clients, then share and coordinate tasks with internal team members.
- Plan, develop, and present creative design and marketing concepts aligned with client objectives.
- Ensure marketing projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
- Prepare and manage all related documents such as proposals, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery confirmation.
- Visit clients and attend events to monitor project progress and ensure smooth execution.
- Act as a translator/interpreter during events or client meetings when required.
- Conduct research and analysis to support marketing and business development projects.
- Support coordination between Japanese and Thai stakeholders to facilitate smooth project management.
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related fields
- At least 5 years' experience as Event organizer or Marketing planning in Advertising or consulting company
- Business level of Japanese (N2 up, communicate with Japanese agency and representative from the Japanese government)
- Conversational middle level of English (Document and e-mail main)
- Presentation skills with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Person who is creative and proactive

- Fluent level of Japanese
