Work outline: Plan and control site management
Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning and construction site management
Negotiate with customers, subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor and control all projects and solve issues if any.
Report summary and concerns about all the projects to the managements in timely manner
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male only, age 38-50 years
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
At least 10 years’ experience as Senior Engineer or 3 years as Project Manager
Strong in site management
Good MS Office & AutoCAD
Hold Civil Engineer License
Working experience in Constriction company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: On site (New project)
Working Hour: 8.00-17.00 (Mon-Fri)
