Project Coordinator (Junior - Senior) (30K-65K) (SDG-23636)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Planning and construction site management
 Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
 Monitor and control all projects and solve issues if any
 Report summary and concerns about all the projects to the managements in timely manner
 Coordinate with Japanese Head Quarter
 Other tasks assigned by Japanese


Workplace Area: MRT Petchaburi, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:15-17:30 (Mon-Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male, age 30-40 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree
 At least 5 years’ experience in Project Management/ Project Coordinator
 Some experience in Construction / Real Estate Company
 Strong in site management
 Able to communicate in English (Speaking and making a report)
