Coordination and Management Engineer (N2)(Japanese Speaking) (30K-50K) (SDG-50392)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Maintaining and monitoring project plans, manpower, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
 Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
 Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
 Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
 Ensuring project deadlines
 Providing administrative support as needed
 Developing project strategies
 Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
 Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
 Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
 Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male, 25-32 years old
 Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, IT, Industrial or other relevant field
 1-3 years of experience as Project Engineer/Project Management
 English: Conversational (TOEIC: 500)
 Japanese: Conversational
 Possess verbal, written and presentation skills
 Ability to work in tight deadline
 Good with document task and administrative work
 Able to work independently and flexible to attend unusual shift
