Work outline: Support engineering team for preparing project documents
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information. To coordinate internally Project team members and External parties, subcontractors, suppliers or customers in order to support on all projects administrative issues, including keep up to date report to Line managers or GM
Ø Take responsibility to support the project documents within due date, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Preparation of Project letters / memorandums, collecting & submitting the Engineering Documents, Project applications, Purchase Order and support for Project Expenses & Budget including Project Staffs’ documents etc.
Ø Attend the meetings with Internal & External Customers or any meetings assigned from Line Managers or GM. Including make the minute of meeting
Ø Perform the works following International Standard and / or to ensure all works are met with Customer’s Requirements and support for quality improvement plan from Line Managers or GM
Ø Train and support the company new staffs about overview of project coordination, project permit process or any assigned tasks by Line managers or GM
Ø Coordinate, summarize & obtain any problems / issues with the possible solutions from all Project onsite managers / Project Engineers and report to Line managers and GM for review and approval
Ø Keep up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to the jobs. Courage to show the improving ideas or creative thinking to find out the best solution.
Ø And any assigned tasks by Line managers or GM
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female only, age 23-30 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Ø At least 1 years’ experience as Admin/ Sales Coordinator or related fields
Ø Be able to travel to assigned

Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 8.30-17.30 (Mon – Fri)
