Production Technician/Engineer@ Ayutthaya (30K–40K) (SDG-59582)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Installation of new equipment/machine and Maintenance. Productivity improvement by remodeling
- According to installation plan of new equipment/machine, consider the best production line and design for all facilities, jig in production line
- Install and set-up equipment/machine
- Make a maintenance plan and implement as schedule
- Plan and modify the machine to improve productivity
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/Female 28-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in modify and kaizen-ing machine as well as maintenance
- Working experience in automotive industry
- Good skill in CAD, CNC machine, welding, etc
- Knowledge for Electrical Diagram
- Good command of English skill (for internal communication)
- Excel skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Strong knowledge of Casting, Processing, Assembly process
- PLC programming skill
- Can join immediately

Working Hour: 7:30-17:10(Mon-Fri, Sat : depends on company calendar)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- การติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ / เครื่องจักรใหม่และการบำรุงรักษา การปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิตโดยการเปลี่ยนแปลง
- ตามแผนการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ / เครื่องจักรใหม่ให้พิจารณาสายการผลิตและการออกแบบที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทั้งหมดจิ๊กในสายการผลิต
- ติดตั้งและตั้งค่าอุปกรณ์ / เครื่องจักร
- จัดทำแผนการบำรุงรักษาและดำเนินการตามกำหนดเวลา
- วางแผนและปรับเปลี่ยนเครื่องจักรเพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิต
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 28-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการปรับเปลี่ยนและเครื่องไคเซ็นรวมทั้งการบำรุงรักษา
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
- มีทักษะในการใช้งาน CAD, เครื่อง CNC, งานเชื่อม ฯลฯ
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับแผนภาพไฟฟ้า
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อการสื่อสารภายในองค์กร)
- ทักษะ Excel

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการหล่อการแปรรูปกระบวนการประกอบ
- ทักษะการเขียนโปรแกรม PLC
- สามารถเข้าร่วมได้ทันที
