Production Supervisor (Switchgear Panel Assembly) (30K–50K) (SDG-112961)

<Job responsibilities>
- Monitor the efficiency of production operations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity.
- Monitor production performance and Develop strategies to improve it.
- Manage the production team and Monitor operations to achieve goals and objectives.
- Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on production indicators such as cost, efficiency, waste, and productivity.
- Maintain documentation of production activities.
- Analyze areas for improvement in the production process and develop plans to address them.
- Respond to and resolve production issues.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- At least 6 years of experience in a production line with switchgear panel production
- Strong understanding of production processes, particularly in the assembly line.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (2D,3D)
- Have management experience
- Conversational Middle in English (use for Daily conversation with internal and do report)

Workplace Area: Pathum Thani Industrial area
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Monday to Friday <Saturday Working: according to company's calendar : 2 Saturdays)
