Job Detail

* Supervisor or Assist Manager
• Setup KPI section and keep monitoring improvement.
• Department as customer requirement. (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and FAIR)
• Discuss master schedule with Sale team, Mold maker and Production team for follow up until achieve PPAP, FAIR, master sample submission.
• Product price declaration for target of each process. (e.g. part shot weight, Cycle time and Transportation cost.)
• Drive initial lot for startup and set target to smoothly with production teams.
• Master of develop new supplier.
• Lead problem solving of new model, preproduction quality issues.
• Development Jig/Fixture in process. (Go No-Go gauge, Poka-yoke, Visual detection)
• Lead of weekly meeting for update new model progress.
• Prepare and review document for submit to customer. (All documents relate to new model and 4M change for approval)
• Control and submit sample to customer for evaluation.
• Support customer’s audit and follow up finding items.
• Audit and test initial sample from new supplier.
• Setup new process and prepare standard document. (WI, Washing STD, else)
• Lead for kaizen team.
• Head of FMEA organization.
• Auditee and auditor of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001

Working Hour: 7:45-16:45 (Mon to Fri, No Saturday working)




• Age 35-40 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineer filed.
• Have experience working as Production Control as Supervisor or higher level at least 5 years.
• Have knowledge Electronic Circuit at least 3 years.
• Have knowledge of AI and SMT at least 3 years.
• Have management experience control subordinate 3 years.
• Have good human relation and work as a team.
• Conversation middle in English.
• Have skill in Microsoft office (Excel, Power point).
