Production Senior Manager @Chachoengsao (80K-90K) (SDG-24544)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Prepare and follow-up the Operation Budget and the cost Budget
 Product calculations and analysis (Cost, Salary, IPO and overheads)
 Production planning and statistics. Improve and provide technical support
 Supply chain management, Inventory Control and Cost monitoring
 Stock follow up of raw materials, packaging, work in process and finished goods.
 Manpower and wages policy within the fields of responsibility (with approval of GM/MD) Environment and safety internal and external for the whole company


Workplace Area: Bangnumprieo, Chachoengsao
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 38-45 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related flied
 At least 7 years of experience in Manufacturer management, Production, Warehouse, Maintenance and all facets of facility operation.
 Strong management skill to control large amount factory worker 600-700 persons.
 Excellent organizational skills, able to problem solve, build a team and make decisions
 IT skills - Microsoft Word and Excel, ideally some ERP knowledge.
 Good communication skills both written and verbal in English.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Having experience in Affiliate Marketing
 Be proactive and enthusiasm with high responsibility
 Be flexible and adaptable to work on challenging tasks
 Willing to work as a team
 Ability to work under high pressure and tough situation as a Pioneer
