Work outline: Be responsible for machining production management of 2 factories
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Planning and organizing production schedule and line by following company’s strategy
Ø Manage and oversee all machining production line and production process of factory 2 and factory 3
Ø Manage cost of tooling and equipment of production line
Ø Control and determine production standards on basis of company strategy
Ø Ensure that health and safety regulations are met
Ø Attend necessary meeting such as quality meeting, production meeting, manager meeting, project meeting etc.
Ø Prepare monthly report such as Quality report and KPI report
Ø Make a plan for training, monthly action and manpower
Ø Keep and implement ISO standard; ISO14001, ISO/TSI16949 and OHSAS18001
Ø Organize production process and line to enhance productivity
Ø Supervising the work of junior staff, planning training and evaluation for all staff in factory
Ø Coordinate with client and respond to audit from client
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male, 40-50 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in engineering field
Ø At least 10 years experiences in production field (manufacturing)
Ø At least 5 years experiences as management level
Ø Strong knowledge of CNC Lath, CNC Drill, Machining Center
Ø Knowledge of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and 5S
Ø Be able to communicate in English
Preferable:
Ø Knowledge of programming for corrosion supervision and control system
Ø Working experience in turbocharger industry
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Company Bus (VAN) in Chonburi area and from Bangna
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon- Fri) *Saturday working: 6 days per year (Up to company’s calendar)
