<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Overall production process and manage other staff at production site to follow plan, keep good quality of production

<Job Responsibilities>
Main duty : Overall production process and manage other staff at production site to follow plan, keep good quality of production
・Overview production process and check whether it's followed schedule or not
・Analyze and manage production control activities to improve all process and run time
・Manage cost of production, material and also control quality of products by coordinating with QA team
・Check the machine productivity and maintain it
・Take responsibility for safety of factory site
・Train staffs in production line and supervise their daily work, working process
・Other task as Manager or JP President assign and communicate in JP

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree in Engineering fields.
・At least 5 year’s working experience as production management or production control in chemical's manufacturing company.
・Basic in English
・Be able to communicate high level in Japanese (JLPT N2-N3)
・Be able to commute to work by themselves.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry fields.
・Business Level of Japanese.
