Production Manager (40K-50K) (SDG-73195) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต <Job Responsibilities> - Checking the validity and progress of plans from the production planning department. - Quality control in cooperation with QA department - Manage personnel planning and costs, including overtime and shifts, according to production volume. - Search for ways to improve productivity and control costs. - Direction and manage staff in order to achieve the above. - Report to the head office in Japan. - Other tasks as assigned. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 33-40 years old - Bachelor’s degree - At least 5 years’ experience of production control in manufacturing industry - At least 3 years of management experience - Person who can find the issue of the factory situation by seeing the environment directly - Person who is proactive and has motivation for keep improving yourself and company - Basic level of English <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Conversational middle level of English Languages skills English: Basic Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Bang pa-in, Ayutthaya Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Sat : Depends on the company calendar)) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–50,000THB About the company Business Type: Machinery / Equipment / Plants; Machine Parts
