Production Manager @Rayong(50K-60K) (SDG-26149)
<Job Responsibilities>
To set and meet production goals, plan, manage and control policy of Production section, design engineering section, and facility maintenance section to ensure product and system meets quality requirements
To design new system and oversee production processes for the introduction of new products and for the improvement of the existing ones and coordinate with other departments.
To set a production schedule and ensuring that the production is cost effective and to reduce cost down.
To set the quality and the productivity, making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality,develop production schedules and duty assignments.
Work with the financial departments to come up with a budget and spending plan.
To coordinate and direct quality control procedures and determine quality control standards, including implementation of safety requirements, process improvement and quality assurance system.
To control engineering plan, records and reports.
To support information and various ad hoc projects assigned by management.
To correspond with new product, product design and process change.
To analyze irregular process and solving problems, and standardization of production engineer’s duty.
To plan and organize production schedules.
To set project and resources requirements, estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales or schedules as necessary with clients.
Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials, organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
Liaison with buyers, Sales staff and different department.
Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed, and ensure compliance with workplace safety programs.
Supervising and motivating a team of workers, reviewing worker performance.
Identifying training needs
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or related field
Minimum 5 - 10 years’ experience in production engineering system, Experience in Chemical manufacturing and managerial position
Good command in English ( Advanced Conversation )
Strong analytical skill and communication skill
Good communication skill, problem solving skill, technical skill, Interpersonal skill, and team working Skill
Good planning, organizing and computer literacy: MS Office, PowerPoint and Internet
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Able to communicate in Japanese
Possessed Professional Engineering License
