Job Detail

• Maintain and improve the development of department and the related functions within to achieve or exceed the targets of Quality, Cost and Delivery year upon year.
• Reduce non-value activities to benefit the Company and staff achieving efficient and effective production system.
• Review and improve the overall structure achieving an integrated approach to problem solving, higher production output, higher value-added processes, making a cost effectiveness production year upon year.
• Work within the organization with various department managers and deliver on time proposals, objectives, business plans and company requirements to maximize the full potential of production system.
• Ensure efficient and effective operation management to achieve production volume and quality standard
• Ensure the safety and operating regulation are met.
• Develop and maintain quality control standards
• Supervise production process and basically mechanical and logistic knowledge too.


Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:15(Mon- Fri. Saturday depends on business calendar (once a month))

Salary: 100,000–180,000THB


• Age 47-52 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
• Have working experience at least 15 years about Production control in any manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 3 years as Production General Manager or Plant Manager in any manufacturing industry
• Conversation high level of English
• Have working experience in Japanese big scale company (more than 500 employees)
• Not job hopper
• Able to use Microsoft program
• Conversation high level of Japanese (Not require JLPT)
