Job Description
Production Engineer @Chonburi (30K-50K) (JO-180328-150559)
Work outline: Responsible for overall production process and improving process method.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve manufacturing methods.
Making observations, taking measurements directly, collecting and interpreting data from technical and operating staff.
Monitor and audits the performance of processes and equipment and recommendation for continuous improvement.
Work with vendors and internal resources to determine product specifications and arranges for purchase and installation of equipment.
Investigate, recommend and justify new technologies, manufacturing methods and equipment to meet competitive needs and improve efficiency.
Document processes and works with QA & Production Manager to train operators and other personnel to meet process needs.
Support Product Development to ensure manufacturability or minimize the risks associated with new products.
Foster a high level of creativity and independence in the design and development of new or improved manufacturing process, prototypes and projects.
Manage the cost and time constraints of the projects
Selecting, managing and working with sub-contractors.
Ensure that all aspects of an operation or process meet standard specifications and procedures.
Support production manager to manage manpower.
Help Supervisor to reinforce and ensure that Leaders and Operators understand their jobs and responsibilities.
Production and process problem countermeasure with related departments.
Ensure that all tasks are performed safely.
Supervise environmental aspects.
Evaluate team performance.

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Male/Female, age 30-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
At least 5 years’ experience in production engineer work flow.
Able to communicate in English.
Experienced in ISO9000 and ISO14000 orientation.
Good attitude and problem solving problems person

Preferable:
Experience in plastic industry

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: Company Bus in Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
