About this Job
Work outline: Be responsible for production control, production planning and purchasing of parts for the products.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyze and manage production control activities to improve runtime
Coordinating with production team regarding production plan and schedule
Make purchasing plan to get rid of shortage of stock in the budget
Coordinate with supplier in Thailand, China, Taiwan and Vietnam to get necessary parts for products on time. *200-300 parts will be needed for 1 product
Plan and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations
Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems to meet business objectives
Review change orders and execute them appropriately
Investigate production control problems, analyze root causes, and derive solutions.
Monitor the execution of job orders and adjust production schedule for timely delivery.
Coordinate with related department such as production dept., QCQA dept. about necessary issue of production planning
Communicate with Japanese production manager well to understand enquiry well and report situation regularly

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male, Age 30-38 years old
Bachelor degree in any related fields
At least 5 year experience in production control & planning, purchasing field
Working experience in Manufacturers of finished products (not parts manufacturing)
Be able to commute to work by themselves
Good command of English or Japanese
Has a responsibility of the work

Preferable:
Used to work in Japanese company before

Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Preferable


Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri) *Saturday working: Every Other Saturday
