About this Job
Work outline: Be responsible for production planning, purchasing planning and control all production schedule of several production line which is producing different products
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Make production plan and schedule, especially assembly line for each products to meet QCD by using Excel, not system
Ø Analyze and manage production control activities to improve runtime
Ø Coordinating with Japan HQ regarding production plan and schedule
Ø Make purchasing plan to get rid of shortage of stock in the budget
Ø Share purchasing plan and deadline with purchasing staff to make proper orders
Ø Plan and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations
Ø Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems to meet business objectives
Ø Analyze customer orders and establish production schedules for timely delivery and manage it
Ø Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements for each job order
Ø Review change orders and execute them appropriately
Ø Investigate production control problems, analyze root causes, and derive solutions.
Ø Manage production staff and worker to finish production as planned
Ø Listen to staff’s opinion to improve production line and change it be better and more efficient
Ø Monitor the execution of job orders and adjust production schedule for timely delivery.
Ø Coordinate with related department such as purchasing, industrial engineer and production dept. about necessary issue of production planning
Ø Communicate with Japanese division manager well to understand enquiry well
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female only, age 33-40 years old
Ø Bachelor degree
Ø Advanced conversation level of Japanese (High)
Ø At least 5-10 years’ experience in production control of assembly line
Ø At least 2- 3 years’ experience in management level
Ø Have high responsibility and good communication skill (especially listening skill )
Ø Good Excel skill
Ø Be able to commute to work by themselves
Preferable:
Ø Has controlled several production line which is producing different products at the same time before
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversation Level
Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri) *Saturday working: Every other Saturday
