Production Chief @Rayong (32K-40K) (JO-180508-161659)
Work outline: Responsible for taking care overall production process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with other staffs in the production line to ensure production project for completion in an efficient manner.
Identify and procure the resources needed for production.
Perform quality control checks, ensuring the safety and effectiveness or reliability of the system or product.
Negotiate with team members to generate ideas and clarify specifications and resolves disputes between team members for the production process.
Delegate tasks as necessary to the production and engineering team.
Control and handle the production process and ensure product system to be quality requirements.
Handle production process to work on time by production schedule and is good quality.
Improve production process.
Solve problems and maintain standardization of production engineer’s duty.
Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed, and ensure compliance with workplace safety programs.
Motivating a team of production team and workers, reviewing worker performance.
Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Qualifications:

Thai Nationality, male, age 28-35 years
Bachelor's degree of Engineering in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
5 - 7 years’ experience in production line, production engineering system or process engineer. Preferably with experience in manufacturing (Resin).
Strong analytical skill and communication skill.
Good communication skill, problem solving skill, technical skill, interpersonal skill, and team working skill.
Good planning, organizing and computer literacy: MS Office, PowerPoint and Internet.
Able to communicate in English (Conversational).
Able to work in shift

Working Hour: Mon – Fri (8.30 AM -17.30 PM and OT until 20.45) / 20.30 PM - 5.00 AM and OT until 8.45 AM)
