Work outline: Be responsible for management of production and warehouse operation
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Planning and organizing monthly production schedule by following company’s strategy and client’s request
Ø Manage cost of production and material
Ø Inventory and warehouse management
Ø Put proper manpower in production line which is using original machine tool for making special spring
Ø Take responsibility for safety of factory site, keep standard of ISO9000
Ø Control and determine production standards on basis of company strategy
Ø Make a plan for training, monthly action for other staff
Ø Coordinate with purchasing staff to order necessary material for production
Ø Implement final check of product and production quality
Ø Supervising the work of junior staff, planning training and evaluation for all staff in factory
Ø Making a report to Japanese Manager regarding planning and cost forecast.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality only, Male/female, 37-45 years
Ø Bachelor degree or higher in any related fields
Ø Have knowledge about ISO 9000
Ø At least 5 years working experience in production line of automobile manufacturing or mass-production industry
Ø Be able to commute to work
Ø Advanced conversation level of English
Preferable:
Ø Business level of Japanese
Ø Experience as manager or assistant manager
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: Highly Preferable
Workplace Area: chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri) *One time Saturday working in a month
