<Job Responsibilities>
- Make a consultation about the problem that arises. and propose measures to solve problems
- Calculate the number of people in accordance with the production plan. By considering Productivity and comparing with the number of people who currently have
- Check the adequacy of raw mat or components used in the production process.
- Prepare an action plan based on suggestions for improvement to raise productivity to reduce waste in the process. and for safety and presenting/consulting to the supervisor
- Check the suitability of the results of the investigation of the cause of defects. and report to the Senior Manager
- Control and monitor the workload of the Supervisor and Leader
- Keep teaching various tasks Empowering operators and Supervisor and Leader to raise operational level and quality awareness.
- Check production documents to always be up to date.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education in Bachelor degree in Engineer filed.
- Has experience working as Production Supervisor or higher level at least 10 years in Electronics company.
- Has knowledge Electronic Circuit at least 3 years.
- Has knowledge of AI and SMT at least 3 years.
- Has management experience control subordinate 5 years.
- Has good human relation and work as a team.
- Conversation middle in English.
- Skill in Microsoft office (Excel, Power point).
