<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Complete mission as Product Design that develop of motors for air conditioners (confirmation of required specifications, motor design, evaluation planning, execution, summary of results, review)

<Job Responsibilities>
"Product development of motors for air conditioners"
- Air conditioner motor development work
(Confirmation of required specifications, motor design, planning/execution/result summary of evaluation, review)
- Analyze design problems and consider countermeasures
- Create related 2D drawings, configuration charts and specifications
- Review work of team members
(Considering the work schedule and work assignment, reviewing within the group, etc. with the Thai manager)
- Consideration of work efficiency improvement such as mutualization and automation of routine work
- Other assigned tasks

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Electronics/Power Electronics or any related field
- Conversational middle-level English
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- CAD 2D/3D experience or knowledge
- Not job hopper
- Fresh graduate welcome

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience related to motor design
- Knowledge and experience in handling development events and reviews
